Reports are created from existing elements within your dashboards such as charts and tables and can be supported by the addition of text to further clarify this information. Once created, you can schedule reports to be distributed by email or to be saved to a directory.

The scheduler element of pi Reports piReports allows you to send content to users both within your organisation and externally, meaning that you only need to create a schedule once and then decide who you want to distribute it to. You can create schedules that will send content on a recurring schedule e.g. once a week or the last day of the month and it’s also possible to schedule the distribution of a chart only when data exists - this option would be perfect for users who only need to know if data exists for example, Service Desk Managers who need to know when new tickets are raised or Sales Managers who need to know when a new customer has been won. As well as formatted reports you can also schedule individual charts and data tables.
