On the ‘Edit, Chart’ screen, click the ‘Chart’ tab and choose ‘Chord Diagram' from the list of chart types.

To create a Chord Diagram, you will need to add the following information on the Data tab:

• Identifier - this is a field that links the nodes together such as a Service Desk ticket number.

• Node - such as an Employee Name

• State - such as Job Role

You will also be able to specify drill conditions for Chord Diagrams, please refer to this section for more information.
