On the ‘Edit, Chart’ screen, click the ‘Chart’ tab and choose ‘Network Graph' from the list of chart types.

To create a Network Graph, you will need to add the following information on the Data tab, the 3 required pieces of data are all dimensions:
Identifier - this is a field that links the nodes together such as a Service Desk ticket number.an ID number
Node - such as an Employee Name
State - such as Job Role

A Network Graph can be displayed in two ways:
Grouped By Node
Grouped By State
You can change which view you want on the Chart Editor>Attributes tab.

The following screenshot shows a Network Graph that has been grouped by State. The ‘Group By State’ option will display additional nodes to show which role each member of staff belongs to.
