You will also be able to Drill Levels

You can specify drill conditions levels for Chord Diagrams in the same way as you do for any other chart type, please refer to this section for more information on how to create drill levels.

Drilling on this chart uses a IN filter to group multiple items (this is different from other chartschart types). For example, if you we’ve created a drill level on this chart that drills down to a ‘Jon’ Node, the Filter will include data table. If we drill on the ‘Jon’ node the table will show all links from any other node to ‘Jon’, Jon and all links from ‘Jon’ Jon to any other node:

  • Dependency Charts Pi Employee Name IN Jon::::Ming::::Leah

  • Dependency Charts Pi Role IN Consultant::::Developer

  • Dependency Charts Pi Ticket Id IN 1::::3::::4::::5

Drilling on the link from ‘Jon’ to ‘Leah’, the filter will include only the information from that link:

...

Dependency Charts Pi Employee Name IN Jon::::Leah

...

Dependency Charts Pi Role IN Consultant::::Developer

...

.

...

We can see from the resulting table, after the ‘Jon’ node has been drilled into, that there are links between Jon, Ming and Leah with Ticket ID’s 1, 3, 4 and 5.

...

In the following table, we’ve drilled on the arc between Jon and Leah and this shows that there are 3 Ticket ID’s that link them both - tickets 3, 4 and 5.
