Filtering using a Legend

If a chart includes a Legend, like the example shown below

it means that you can click on one or more of the Legend items to filter the data in the chart.

In the following example, the ‘Sales Executive’ role has been selected, the data in the chart now only shows information for this role (all other roles will be greyed out).

In this example, the ‘Sales Executive’ and ‘Healthcare Representative’ roles have been selected and the chart now displays information for these two roles.

Viewing all data

To show all data in a chart again you can click the remaining Legend items one by one until all have been selected or click the ‘Reset to the default view of the category’ icon at the top-right of the Dashboard.
