Show performance stats related to loading Category Objects

Charts have performance stats on the info panel.

Similar stats are also available when displaying Category Objects as well. The logged in user needs to have debug permissions (enabled from the Users Config screen)

If the category takes too long to display the category objects, then create a new category without charts, and add the category objects one by one with the same order, to see at which point it becomes too slow.
