Multi Tenancy

Feb 24 - We’ve made some recent changes to further enhance our Multi Tenancy options, which we internally call Organisations. HERE you can learn more about the improvements we’ve introduced. If its something that your really interested in, please speak to your Customer Success Manager and we can help support you with moving this to model.

The dashboard in capable of integrating with multi tenanted partner applications. This page includes examples of how the panintelligence dashboard can integrate.

The goal within panintelligence is to limit the required configuration, and to sit with our partners tenancy model. For this reason, the product has multiple elements that can be configured separately or together to provide a solution consistent with your own.

This page covers the most common tenancy types we work with, but is not an exhaustive list of the products capabilities.

We assumes that you wish to achieve tenancy with a single (could be clustered and load balanced) panintelligence instance serving all tenants. You can of course also deploy panintelligence by created a separate pi instance per tenant. We do not penalise you for the number of instances you deploy – our licencing reflects total users per site, not number of instances.
