Supporting pi - Course Outline

To help get your support teams ready to provide support on the dashboard, we offer a Support training course to ensure you know how to troubleshoot configuration issues, dig into the configuration of the dashboard and we’ll also demonstrate some of those common issues.

Duration

The duration of this course is 1/2 a day.

Capacity

Maximum of 5 attendees per course.

Cost per person

To be discussed with your Customer Success Manager.

Location

The course can be delivered online via Microsoft Teams or at the Panintelligence office in Leeds.

Attendee Profile

This course is aimed at professional services staff who install and configure Panintelligence products for customers.

Trainees must have completed the Dashboard Introduction, and Advanced Dashboard Configuration courses prior to attending this session to be familiar with the terminology and features within the dashboard.

Course Outline

By the end of this course, all attendees will be aware of the following:

  • Expectations of what 3rd Line support we provide and how we provide it

  • How to access pi Documentation materials and be able to find information to assist with your customer queries

  • How you can investigate, troubleshoot and self resolve your customer issues in a 1st and 2nd line support manner

  • Things to watch out for - Hints & Tips overview

  • Options of how to raise support tickets with Panintelligence after exhausting your own self triage - and the standards required when raising tickets with us

  • How you can utilise our online support ticket management solution in order to raise tickets and monitor progress when needed

 

There will be a Q&A session at the end of the course.
