  1. Log into the dashboard as the Administrator/Admin User

  2. Navigate to the ‘Dashboard Configuration’ menu (using the spanner icon)

  3. Open the ‘Settings’ tab

  4. Under 'Global Variables' tab, find the 'System Variables: Maps' section

  5. Replace the existing URL for MAP_TILE_URL with a new URL we can provide* and save your changes

  6. After maing the change, refresh any open browser sessions in order for the change to be applied to those maps

*To obtain the new URL, please raise a support case with our Service Desk and we can quickly provide this to you.
