Log into the dashboard as the Administrator/Admin User
Navigate to the ‘Dashboard Configuration’ menu (using the spanner icon)
Open the ‘Settings’ tab
Under 'Global Variables' tab, find the 'System Variables: Maps' section
Replace the existing URL for MAP_TILE_URL with a new URL we can provide* and save your changes
Remember to refresh your browser after maing the change, for the change to be applied against any already open maps
*To obtain the new URL, please raise a support case with our Service Desk and we can quickly provide this to you.
