The recurrences section on the right-hand side of the screen is used to specify how often and at what interval the email is sent.

By default, Weekday will be selected.

Weekday

If you select ‘Weekday’ you will then be able to specify which of the week and at what time of day the email is sent on.

To choose days, single click on each day that you want to select. Alternatively, click ‘Select all’ to send the email every day.

To choose a time, single click the ‘Clock’ icon and choose the time from the drop-down list.

If you select a day in error, single click the same day again to remove the selection or click ‘Remove all’ to remove all selected days.

Example

In this example, the recurrence has been set for every Monday at 16:30.

If you select ‘Day of Month’, you will then be able to specify which date and at what time of day the email is sent on.

By Minute, By Hour

These two options will allow you to specify how often a chart or report is refreshed.

Example

In the following screenshot, the chart that is emailed on Wednesdays will be refreshed every hour.

The hour field, shown on all the scheduling options, relates to the time zone on the server that deploys the dashboard. For example, if 8AM is selected in a time field and the dashboard is deployed in the US, the schedule will deliver the report at 8AM US time.
