Within the data Data tab of the Chart Editor screen, the Data Sources that you have been given access to will be displayed on the left-hand side.
This means that you can select any of these Data Sources to find the data objects that you want to use.
When a Data Source is expanded, or you search for an object by name, only objects that can be placed into the selected field will be displayed in the list of available objects e.g., if you select a field that can only contain Dimensions, the Data Source will only display Dimension data objects.

Pagination allows you to define the number of rows that will be returned to the user (on screen) on the first of several pages of data - in this case. 50 rows of data will be shown on the 1st page of data.
The remaining rows are still returned; , however you need to the user can navigate to the next pages these using the arrow buttons to see that data.which appear at the bottom of rows shown on screen.

N.B - When pagination has been defined, the Totals shown at the bottom of each column relates to the data that is shown on the page in view, not the Total for all of the rows of data that has been returned… useful to be aware of, if you are looking at different charts and trying to investigate why they may not match to the same value when you expect them to. |
