If the recipient of information only needs to know if data exists you can create a schedule that will only send a chart to recipients when data is present.
To do this, tick the Data box. This method will prevent an email being sent if there is no data in the chart.
To check for the existence of data, you could set a recurring schedule that checks the chart periodically e.g. once an hour.
