Charts Timing Out

Occasionally, charts may time out before the data can be displayed. If this is happening, check the ‘Query Timeout Seconds’ setting in Dashboard Configuration>Data Connections.

By default, this is set to 60 seconds. This can be increased if needed but please be aware that this may have some impact on performance.

Another option to avoid timeout issues is to decrease the amount of data being returned in charts by applying filters or reducing the number of objects being used.
