My colleague can see different charts to me, why?

Even though you both may have the same role in the system, your System Administrator may have also added some user restrictions to your account. This can be for a number of reasons but most commonly it is used when staff work in different departments or regions. System Administrators may add a restriction that means users will only see data for the department or region that they work in after they log in. Another reason for seeing different charts is when one user is more senior than the other. If one user supervisors a team they may see more data relating to all team members.

If you think you should be able to see more data, please speak to your System Administrator.
