Some of the Chart Tool icons are not available

If an icon is greyed out under the Chart Tools menu, it could be because it may have been disabled for your user account or a particular icon may not be available for the task you’re performing.

You can check whether you have access to a permission by following the instructions in this document.

If you’ve checked and you think you should have the relevant permission but it’s either greyed out or not visible, please contact your System Administrator for further clarification.
