Sub Processors

Introduction

At Panintelligence, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional services and solutions. To enhance our offerings, we collaborate with third-party sub processors who assist us in delivering the best possible experience. It is important to understand the definition of a sub-processor in the context of data processing.

A sub-processor, also referred to as a third-party sub processor, is an external entity engaged by Panintelligence to process data on our behalf. These sub processors play a vital role in assisting us in the delivery of our services. They may process the data you provide, which may include personal information.

Before engaging any sub-processors, we conduct thorough due diligence to assess their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices. Our objective is to ensure that your data is handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We enter into comprehensive agreements with these sub processors, which outline their obligations and reinforce the protection of your information in accordance with the GDPR requirements.

It is important to note that this sub-processor addendum does not apply to the processing or security of customer data or results by the Panintelligence Application. The Panintelligence Application operates under separate terms and conditions, ensuring the privacy and security of your data within our own systems.

Transparency is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we maintain an updated list of sub-processors, ensuring that you stay informed about the entities involved in the processing of your data. Whenever we onboard a new vendor or sub-processor, remove an existing sub-processor, or modify how we use a sub-processor, we diligently update the relevant information on this page. This practice reflects our commitment to actively manage and protect your privacy in line with GDPR principles.

We understand and value the trust you have placed in us, and we take the responsibility of processing your personal data seriously. By partnering with reliable sub-processors and implementing stringent agreements in compliance with the GDPR, we aim to uphold the highest standards of privacy, security, and confidentiality throughout our operations.

Please refer to this page for the most up-to-date information regarding our sub-processors. If you have any questions or concerns about our sub-processor relationships or data processing practices, our team is readily available to address them.
