Upgrading using Windows

We do recommend taking a backup before upgrading, please see this article for more information.

  1. Log into the customer download site and find the product version you want to install in the Releases section on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. After downloading the file, click the download to run the exe. If the following screen appears, click ‘More Info’ and then choose ‘Run anyway’.

  3. Install over your current dashboard, i.e. do not make any changes on this step.

  4. When you reach this step, your licence file will already be displayed in the ‘Licence’ section, all you need to do is click ‘Apply and Run’.

  5. Click ‘Apply and Run’ again.

  6. When ‘Dashboard configuration complete’ can be seen, just close the ‘Dashboard Configuration’ window by clicking the cross in the top-right.

  7. Finally, click the ‘Finish’ button and you should now be able to start using the latest version of the dashboard.
