Our System Status page, provides an overview of our core platform services and tools. You can easily view the status of a specific services, and be aware of any issues or maintainaince that maybe scheduled. Should we encounter any interruptions to these services, a note will be posted here and followed up with a more detailed Incident Reports. Change Freeze: piSaaS Platform

We define a change freeze as a period of time when changes to a specific system or environment is not allowed. Change freeze windows are a way to schedule times when changes should not be made. We may use them to; 

  • Reduce risk: Prevent changes that could cause problems, especially during times of peak usage or business-critical events 

  • Stabilize: Ensure everything is stable before moving forward 

  • Protect operations: Protect business operations during busy periods or when there are fewer staff members working 

  • Minimize stress: Reduce unexpected staff pressure points 

 

For the reasons above, we have planned the following Change Freeze periods for our piSaaS platform, which includes making changes to internal and external (customer) piSaaS instances, irrespective of the operational status of a piSaaS instance (be that Development, Test or Production);

  • Start - Dec 20, 2024 - 15:00

  • End - Jan 6, 2025 - 10:30

During this period, no system changes are permitted to be made to any piSaaS instance. Changes required can be scheduled beyond the End date/time mentioned above.
