API v1 Deprecation

Background

In January 2021 we launched the brand new API v2 for the PiDashboard, which included new features and maintainance improvements that had been suggested by our partners - see HERE for more information.

Transition

With the API v2 having now been used in a production state for well over a year, we are now retiring API v1 and from our October 22 release, will no longer include the support for the API v1 - meaning you will need to be using API v2 to take the latest release beyong our October 22 release.

Assistance

If you have not moved across to API v2 already, don’t worry, we would recommend discussing your plans with your Customer Success Manager, as we maybe able to provide you with assistance through our Professional Services team to support you with the transition.
