Trainees must have completed the Dashboard Introduction course prior to attending this session.

Course Outline

By the end of this course, all attendees will be able to complete the following tasks:

  • Install the dashboard

  • Connect to the repository - Explore the repository structure and Audits

  • Restricted user - creating user/role profiles, Limit categories, Roles, Category access Panel, User access panel, User information panel

  • Delete users

  • Privileges

  • Data restriction - User restrictions, Variables in user restrictions

  • Variables - Use in filter, Shipped variables - new date ones, Use in titles, In data connection, Swap table, Swap column, Swap date format

  • Data connection - Remove the loop with alias, Order by, Index columns, Deleting a data connection and how to clean up
