If your users and server are in a Windows environment you can enable Windows Authentication in the configuration tool to log users in automatically. For this to work your usernames must match the Windows username, they must have external login enabled and the variable ACTIVE_DIRECTORY_DEFAULT_DOMAIN must be set to the name of your domain.
