How to check your version of the Dashboard

If you ever need to log a support ticket or contact us with a query on your Dashboard the first question that you’ll probably be asked is ‘What version of the Dashboard are you on?’

 Instructions

  1. Log in to your Dashboard and click ‘More Options’ at the top-right of the screen

  2. Click the ‘About’ option and you should see Product Version at the top of the page - this will show which version of the Dashboard you’re currently on

  3. Alternatively, you can find your current version inside the pi webapp folder under dashboard installation/tomcat/webapps/pi/WEB-INF/classes /application.properties
