Show performance stats related to starting the dashboard and first time log in

The dashboard shows performance stats after it starts, when

  • the log in page is displayed for the first time

  • the user is logged in for the first time

Make sure the browser debug tab is open before displaying the logging page or logging in. Otherwise the javascript console wouldn’t be able to log out the stats.

The system wouldn’t show such stats afterwards, so such stats generally is not accessible by normal users.
