Temporary Filters

The Temporary Filter icon can be used to apply a temporary filter to a chart without having to use the Filter option in the Edit Chart screen. This option is linked to User Privileges, if the option is greyed out when you click the Chart Tools menu it means it’s not available for the role that you’ve been granted.

To use this option, click the ‘Edit chart temporary filters’ icon in Chart Tools and click the ‘Add’ icon.

Create the filter, by following the steps in the previous section (Filters) and then click the ‘Apply’ icon.

Saving a Temporary filter
