4. Multiple Drill Paths

This example looks at drill paths. Drill paths are specified on the child charts and can then be utilised through the Merged chart.

In the following example, we’ve specified a drill path on both the Spline Area chart and also the Bar chart. When a user clicks on any part of the Spline Area chart they will see the drill path created on this chart, which in this case is a data table showing the number of sales and sales value for every store and when they click an area on the Bar chart they will see a drill path that shows the sales value and fraud amounts for the selected store.

When a user clicks the ‘Return to top’ icon on either of the drill paths they will be returned to the Merged chart.

And this shows the drill path on the Bar chart.
